1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a separate bowl, beat together the quark and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in the heavy cream, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are lightly golden.
Let the cheesecake cool completely before slicing and serving.
